Hampstead Road

Every morning and evening I pass this huge piece of art opposite Warren Street tube station and until now have not really taken much notice of it as it has become part of the view that you expect to see. This is called “Pecking Bird” by British artist Gary Hume. ‘Pecking Bird’ is a 13m high and 9m wide outdoor painting sitting aloft The Triton Building since 2013 when it was commissioned by British Land.
